The Oneliness Program 2025

1. Program Overview

The Oneliness Program is designed to provide participants with a transformative journey toward deeper self-awareness and meaningful connection. By enrolling in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Participants must be at least 18 years old to join the Oneliness Program. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

Full payment is required upon registration to secure your spot in the program. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be issued once the program has commenced.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, content, and resources provided during the Oneliness Program are the intellectual property of Monika Jiang. This includes curated third-party resources, recommended readings, and structured exercises. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share any content without explicit written permission. Unauthorized use of program materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Confidentiality

The Oneliness Program is built on trust and vulnerability. Participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of personal stories and information shared by others. Any breach of confidentiality may result in removal from the program without a refund.

6. Code of Conduct

We are committed to fostering a respectful and supportive environment. Discriminatory, harmful, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Monika Jiang reserves the right to remove participants who violate this code of conduct.

7. Liability Disclaimer

The Oneliness Program is intended for personal growth and reflection. It is not a substitute for professional mental health services. Participants acknowledge that they engage in the program at their own risk, and Monika Jiang is not liable for any personal outcomes or experiences.

8. Participation Commitment

Participants are expected to engage fully in the program, including attending live sessions, engaging in discussions, and completing suggested exercises. Consistent participation enhances the experience for all members of the program community.

9. Technology & Access

The Oneliness Program requires reliable internet access to participate. Live community circles will be held on Zoom, and participants will engage via a private WhatsApp group and a Notion board serving as the program dashboard. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they have access to these platforms.

10. Health & Well-Being Disclaimer

This program is designed for self-reflection and community connection but is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical advice. Participants should seek professional support if needed and acknowledge their own responsibility for emotional and mental well-being.

11. Force Majeure

In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, technical failures, or personal emergencies), adjustments to the program schedule or format may be made. Participants will be notified accordingly.

12. Amendments to Terms

These terms and conditions may be updated at any time to reflect changes in the program structure, policies, or legal requirements. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
