The Oneliness Project

Rooted in the belief that loneliness is both a personal and societal experience, we explore what it means to foster care, build meaningful relationships, and nurture a sense of interconnectedness—oneliness.

Here, connection isn’t just a concept—it’s a practice, a way of being that touches our inner lives, our relationships with others, and how we engage with the world.

Who is this for?

The Oneliness Project is for anyone seeking a deeper connection with themselves, others, and the world.

  • You’re navigating feelings of loneliness, isolation, or disconnection looking for practices to guide your journey.

  • You value meaningful relationships but feel uncertain about how to cultivate and nurture them.

  • You want to be part of a community where care, reflection, and vulnerability are actively practiced and embraced.

  • You’re curious about exploring how loneliness can be transformed into a source of strength, connection, and collective growth.

We learn, share tools, and build connections through shared experiences. Connection begins when we voice the unshareable—so let’s begin, together.

Participant about Oneliness program in 2024

“I have an increased body awareness, the difficult emotions don't get stuck that much due to tuning into it again during the practice and relaxing the body with the moment of gratitude. I feel like I don't get so reactive anymore, or I notice faster if I do and get myself out of it faster.”

Participant of Day Retreat, 2024

“Mapping out my circle of friends has helped me to visualize and sense the people I want to prioritize for 2025, and the ones I may need to let go of. Loved the exercises, and will try to revise it each season!”
