The Oneliness Program
A 12-Week Learning Journey to Reconnect With Yourself, Others, and the World
Join the next cohort: April 28 — July 16, 2025
You’re feeling it, too.
The growing distance in our relationships and communities. We give more attention to our phones than to the people we’re with, consumed by busyness and the pressure to perform, all while politics thrive on the very disconnection and isolation we feel.
In a world so fragmented, how do we create the relationships that let us—and those around us—flourish?
Maybe you’ve always been the observer—the one who senses the energy in a room, the unspoken undercurrents, the invisible gaps between people. You search for tools, language, and practices to nurture true connection in the spaces you care about. You believe loneliness isn’t an individual flaw but a shared experience that calls for collective solutions. Or perhaps connection didn’t come easily at first, but you’ve learned it’s something we build, not something we’re simply born into.
This is for those who feel called to cultivate the relationships that shape how we live, lead, and belong.
Learning in a Community of Practice — Not in Isolation
This is not another course where you passively consume content or spend hours staring at slides over Zoom. This journey is designed as a practice of relating in itself, moving between your personal and the collective experience.
Self-Paced Study
Weekly audio lessons, transcripts, reflective questions / journal prompts, and additional resources—covering theory, science, and practice. Lifetime access so you can revisit anytime.
Community Circles
Every two weeks, we meet for 75 min. of live sessions—guiding reflections, deeper discussions, and embodied, playful practice in community.
Peer Support
Stay connected with the group and pair up with a fellow stranger—your accountability partner—to move through and grow together.
Guest Facilitators
At select moments, guest facilitators will bring diverse perspectives, insights, and tools—expanding your understanding and experience of connection in new ways.
Real-Life Challenges
Get ready to get out there! Experiment, engage, and bring what we’re exploring into your daily life—because connection grows through lived experience.
1:1 Mentorship (optional)
For those wanting deeper guidance, these personalized sessions provide space to navigate your unique relational challenges and growth edges with tailored support.
Program Flow
A journey of reflection, connection, and integration—beginning with intentional grounding, moving through three core modules (inward, outward, beyond), and closing. Aspirational, practical—and playful!
Live Community Circles (75 min.): Wednesdays, May 7 / May 21 / June 4 / June 18 / July 2 / July 16 🕔 17:00 Berlin | 11:00 NYC | 23:00 Bangkok time

I didn’t want to create just another online course—I wanted this to be different. I poured my heart and thought into crafting a journey that’s intentional, meaningful, and grounded in everything I’ve learned so far. The program follows a thoughtful arc with fivekey phases, each building on the last to support deeper connection and lasting growth.
Opening & Arrival (Weeks 1–2): Grounding, building trust, and setting intentions.
Module I — Reconnect with Yourself:Learning to Be With Yourself—Coming Home Through Presence, Feelings & the Language of the Body.
Module II — Reconnect with Others:Listening Deeply, Meeting with Compassion & Navigating the Space Between Us.
Module III — Reconnect with the World:Awe, Nature, Spirituality & Community as a Way of Showing Up.
Closing & Celebration (Final Week): Reflecting on growth and honoring the journey.
Each week follows a steady rhythm of content, reflection, and interaction, making it easy to stay engaged without feeling overwhelmed:
Audio Lessons & Resources: Theory, science, and reflections to deepen understanding.
Community Circles (Every two weeks starting on May 7): 75-minute live Zoom sessions to exchange learnings and practice together.
Peer Support & Community: An accountability partner (“fellow stranger”) and a WhatsApp group for ongoing dialogue.
Real-Life Challenges: Practical ways to integrate what you learn into daily life.
This structure is designed to feel intentional, supportive, and easy to navigate—helping you build meaningful connections step by step.

This program is a reflection of my own journey—everything I’ve gathered, tested, and lived. I wouldn’t include anything I haven’t tried myself. It’s not a fixed or comprehensive list; it’s a living, evolving body of work that continues to grow as we learn together in community.
It draws from a wide range of disciplines, weaving together insights, practices, and wisdom from fields such as:
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) & Restorative Dialogue
Deep Listening & Mindful Sharing (Pauline Oliveiros, School of Radical Attention, and others)
Attachment Theory & Social Neuroscience and Compassion Research at Max Planck Institute and others
Select studies and research on loneliness, social isolation, humanconnection, and relationships
Somatic Practices & Movement (Gaga, intuitive movement, CI, The Embodiment Institute)
The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron, The Creative Act by Rick Rubin, Austin Kleon’s work
Trauma-Informed Work By Gabor Maté, Bessel van der Kolk, Thomas Hübl, and others
Zen Philosophy & Interbeing by Thích Nhất Hạnh and Plum Village community
Poetry, music, and musings that move us—from Rainer Maria Rilke to Ocean Vuong and Hafiz
-
For the first cohort we’re aiming for a range between 8 and 12 participants.
-
All content will be housed in a Notion dashboard, where you’ll find weekly audio lessons, transcripts, reflection prompts, and additional resources.
The WhatsApp group will serve as a space for check-ins and ongoing conversation.
-
The time you spend really depends on how deeply you want to engage—but here’s a gentle estimate to help you plan:
1–2 hours per week for self-paced learning (audio lessons, reflection)
75 minutes every two weeks for live sessions
Some additional time for check-ins with your fellow stranger (accountability partner) and real-life challenges
It’s not about doing it perfectly; it’s about showing up in a way that feels meaningful to you.
-
This program is for you if you’ve felt the quiet ache of disconnection—in your relationships, your community, or even within yourself.
If you’re longing for deeper, more meaningful relationships but feel caught in a world of fragmented connections, surface-level interactions, and a culture that often values individual success over collective care, you’re not alone. In a nutshell, this is for those who:
Feel the weight of loneliness, even in a world buzzing with constant communication.
Crave real presence and genuine connection, not just another fleeting interaction.
Are tired of self-help that stays self-centered and want to bring what they learn into their communities, work, and everyday life.
Work in community-building, education, social design, policy, or business—and dream of creating spaces where belonging and connection can truly thrive.
Carry a deep curiosity and openness toward learning that integrates body, mind, and the full richness of human experience.
-
Joining The Oneliness Program is more than a 12-week experience—it’s an invitation to a global community, ongoing support, and lifelong tools for meaningful connection.
I know this is a significant investment—€1,500 per person—and I want to be transparent about the value it holds.
You can choose between two options: with or without personal mentorship, depending on what feels right for you.
Payment is flexible—you can pay in your preferred currency, with the option to split it into one, two, or three installments throughout the program. No upfront charges—your first payment is processed only when the program begins. Invoices are available upon request. And since this falls under the German Kleinunternehmerregelung (Section 19 UStG), VAT is not charged.
I also want you to know I’m always here. If cost feels like a barrier, I’m happy to chat and explore how we can make this work for you. My hope is that no one feels excluded from this journey because of financial circumstances.
-
The magic lies in the moment, as they say :) Live community circles will not be recorded, also for us to create a safe shared space.
-
This is a commitment to yourself and the group—so we usually do not provide refunds. However, happy to discuss case-by-case. If you’re unsure, reach out, and we can see if this is the right fit for you.

Great question!
I’m a writer and community builder with a deep curiosity for what makes relationships meaningful. My work has taken me across cultures and industries—from designing and hosting large-scale conferences to shaping intimate spaces for connection.
I’ve worked internationally, collaborating with corporate leaders at the House of Beautiful Business, building a global, life-centered network of now over 50,000 members, and designing gatherings that bring people together in profound ways.
I founded The Oneliness Project just over a year ago, a space dedicated to exploring loneliness, connection, and what makes meaningful relationships to ourselves, others, and the world.
At the heart of my work is an ongoing personal journey. As a second-generation Chinese immigrant in Germany, I’ve spent much of my life navigating between estrangement and belonging, between aloneness, loneliness and oneliness.
I’m also certified by Humanize in the Foundation Dyad Program, an approach informed by social neuroscience and mindfulness, which deepened my understanding of how we relate. I’ve studied and integrated philosophy, trauma-informed work, relational intelligence, Nonviolent Communication, contemplative practices, and creative expression into my work—which form the foundation of The Oneliness Program.
But I’m not here as an expert, a guru, or a master of connection. I’m someone who is learning and practicing—just like you. This program is an invitation, not an instruction manual. It’s shaped by what I’ve gathered, but it comes alive through what we co-create together.
You are warmly welcome to stalk my LinkedIn, Instagram and About as well.
